Unhappy unstable drive after DPF change

Model: Outlander Instyle III 2.2D AWD, '2013, 100k km, automatic

Hi,
I decided to change DPF filter because it has been completely plugged. Also I had to change motor oil every quarter so it was a little expensive. Finally I saw the error "DPF service maintanance required".
So I put the car into professional service where DPF was cleaned (high temperature burning over 8hrs and air cleaning method). After all procedure DPF was adapted as the new part in computer by Authorized Mitsubishi Service and like they said: "differential pressure sensor was set to zero".

But after taking back the car from the service I feel that the drive is unstable. The car jerks and stifle when I lightly release gas pedal from 80kmph to 60kmph. The sympthom occurs only on automatic gear. When I change gears manually everything is all right.

The service said that changing the DPF has no relation with this sympthom.
Any suggestions? Please help.
