Default Using Factory USB ?

Just purchased a used 2012 Outlander LS. The after market Chinese radio didn't work so I bought a new Pioneer DVD unit. I would like to use the existing factory USB connection in the console. I discovered that it plugs into the factory Bluetooth unit in the dash using a special Mitsu connector. I was wondering if someone makes an adapter that would have this type of connector on one end and a male USB on the other end that would simply connect into the Pioneer (or any other aftermarket radio with a standard USB connection).
