That's not a real power mod, it looks like one of those $30 ebay resistor mods that's significantly over priced.
A real modifier would need other input signals like engine RPM, MAF reading, Throttle input etc......
The one you linked takes in none of that, and simply plugs in between the map sensor and cable for map sensor. So it only modifies the MAP sensor signal, but with no closed loop input and control. Which means it's a fixed value modification to the map sensor signal.
