A creak and a click are two different things. When I turn my dials they click for each degree or setting. Mine do NOT creak when turning. Get them replaced under warranty...
They definitely are two different things. I was NOT in fact talking about the "creaking" sounds, whatever that means. I was answering Revolve99's question about the dials turning smoothly, which has nothing to do about "creaking" sounds.

Hey guys, I should've been more specific. They do creak when I turn them (on top of the click). Thanks guys. You guys are great.
