Any 5w-30 oil having classification specified in your manual shall be used. In my manual (for 4N14 DiD 2.0 engine) the following is written: according ACEA classification C1, C2, C3 or C4. According to JASO classification: DL-1.

Oil manufacturer's [sub-]models EF, M, ENERGY or whatever additives is just a marketing trick. Does not matter at all nowadays.

The only oil sub-type which I would care in some cases is LL (long life).
