hello all,

i was just trying to install a new head unit in my 2003 outlander and i was wondering if anybody here knew the colour codes for the wiring

need help urgently

Easiest way to do it is to buy a wire hareness. The harnes will plug into your stock plug and then simply wire the harness wires to the head unit wires. The harness is labeled as well as the wires on the head unit.

 

If you have the premium Infinity sound system you will have to bypass the factory amp located under the drivers seat. If you are not that experianced with audio you may want to take it to a car audio shop. I did mine but I didnt think to write down the colors as I found them.

 

Yeah...make sure you bypass the factory amp. There was a color code on here once. Maybe do a search?
