95s and 96's came w/ the rs body style including the black handles. there is really no way to tell the difference between the models in these 2 years other than only the turbo models had fog lights (and it was an option, did not come in all) and the tail pipe (if it's still stock) the turbo models had 2 outlets and the n/a models had 1 outlet.

yes the door handels are a PITA to do. i had to replace both of mine on my GS and it was no fun at all!!!
