Exclamation A/C Causing Hesitation - Lancer ES 2009
Hi! I have a Lancer ES 2009 2.0 CVT. It hesitates when I turn on the A/C. As soon as the A/C is turned off it comes back to life. Can anyone tell me the cause of this problem?

It sounds like the relay switch or the AC pulley or the AC motor ck that under the hood

Thanks Copper, how about the drive belt shall I check that first? One mechanic asked me to change the drive belt, I checked the belt its not worn out.

That maybe a good idea. When was the last time that drive belt been changed? Is it tight? It might be slipping for a second and that might be the hesitation that your talking about.
