Circle Track Racing the 1991 Eclipse Non Turbo?
I have a question about the 1991 Eclipse? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Running a Banked 1/4 mile asphalt track with a non turbo 2.0 5speed standard trans, first and second gear are fine with lots of power,car is a rocket, but when going into third gear it seems it just dont have the pulling power in third gear. Could the gear ratio in third gear be to low? it dont seem to wind up in third like it should. Running against all other makes like honda, acura, ECT They all run in third gear. This eclipse should run all over them, or at least keep up.
