Key will not start car

Key will not start car
Hi,
One of my keys to my Outlander 2011 broke and i have put it back together. But now it will only unlock the vehicle and when you put the key in the ignition it will not start the vehicle. The battery seems to be fine as it will unlock the vehicle remotely.
Does anybody know what i need to do to get the key fully working?
