Mitsubishi Outlander 2013/14
Bought Outlander New in March 2014, it developed lights problem (light stay on at all times when vehicle is switched on), reported problem Jan/Feb 2019 (under warranty?...but no parts to repair problem, checked 11 June 2019 still no parts, problem resolved itself in coming month, did not pursue the issue, same problem has recently resurfaced, local Mitsubishi repairer says now out of warranty, problem will cost nearly $3,000 to fix. I have read earlier about a "goodwill warranty application/situation", am wandering if this could be extended to me in my situation. Please let me know, I am very anxious, perhaps a recall could be a solution. much obliged!
