Default New to us 2004 Montero LTD

although i had a 2003 limited brand new in 2004, after only 7k miles and 2 years it was sold due to the wife wanting a bigger truck(suburban). But as i always loved my Montero, my local dealer just brought in on a trade the exact same color and model i had, the opportunity arose to "join the herd" again. so here we are. its kind of a shared vehicle with myself and my 21 year old son, who let me trade in his dying '95 cavalier convertible. its just been 2 weeks, and we are working on taking care of a few things so i do have some questions for those of you more familar with these vehicles when get a bit older.
This truck is very clean, really not one scratch or dent. it was a one owner , with 140k miles - my issues now are- front CAT is going, codes a bank 2 downstream sensor, so i ordered the new y pipe/cat assembly and new o2 sensor.
the second issue is that the middle seats will not full fold, i have heard this is an issue with time the cable stretches and now when pulling the lever the cable does not release the clamp and i cant fold the seats up for rear entry. - so some advice on how to reach and adjust this would be nice!
#3 issue is the indicator light for the 2wd/4wd is out in the dash. the rear wheels dont light up. the fronts do so when i shift from 2-4 or 4H that works. not an emergency as i belive the transfercase and shifting is fine , just an indicator light. - do i need to take this to the dealer for them to access behind the dash to replace the bulbs?

oh, and any advice on doing the new cats ? thanks

Phil
