My girl and i are opening a Pilates studio in Collingswood NJ.
We bought the facility in September and thought build out would have been done by now. We were wrong... NJ laws suck and build out hasnt even started and were paying monthly rent on a Studio that isnt even open.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.
We struck a deal with Cherry Hill Mitsubishi Used Cars to sell the car to them for $16,400 tomorrow am.

This isnt a SALES AD, we have it sold (tentatively), i'd just rather see it go too a more deserving person. Match it or better. Think im lying, call there tomorrow afternoon and you can buy it for 20k or more im sure.

Stats: 2006 Evo MR, 40k miles, Euro Rear Bumper, Mint ineterior, BRAND new clutch.
Bad: Was in a 5mph bump last march, small crease in from bumper, barely noticeable)
