Default Problem in COLD Starting

Hi,

I am driving 1999 GALANT, I have some problems in COLD start. When I start the car it take min 3 to 4 rounds to start the car. I recently replaced the battery and the Electric wires connecting to the PLUGS and the drive belts so that Battery will charge properly when I am using accessaries. This is happening only when I start the car in cold conditions. Please suggest me what should I do? Do I need to replace the PLUGS?
