I wanna tint my stock 97' eclipse tail lights, only thing is im hearin all sorts of stuff.I was told to buy a can of night shade and spray about 3 coats, but then i was told that its illegal..I was also told to get limo tint n put it on myself, but i was also told that the heat melts the plastic. I dunno whos right and wrong here. I seen this done to my car b4 and it looks nice so i really wanna do it. any suggestions.

 

just get the Smoked covers for your headlights and taillights....snaps right on about $60-80 a pair

 

idk, i kinda think the covers look tacky. And ive never heard of anyone having trouble from cops with tail light tinting. But i would think only 2 coats would be enough. Three might end up being excessive

 

Hey, I have covers I don't think they look tacky at all. I like the fact I can take them off if I need to. [:@]
