First post, but not new to Outlander
Hi all.
We've just purchased our 2nd Outlander, a 2014 with V6. Our old Outlander, a 2006 served us for over 8 years, but the last wind storm (Nov 2022) it was the victim of a fallen tree.
I'm a retired auto mechanic, budding photographer and provide support for members in my FB Keto group since an autoimmune disease sent me into early retirement, now past that but love being retired.
Our 2014 Outlander, one owner, 78,000 kms, owned by a little old lady on Gabriola Island is now the newest member of our family. I've not got any real issues with it, mostly questions as the owner's manual didn't come with the car, but I've got most of it figured out, I'll post late with specific questions.
Richard

Hey all, i switched from ford to Mitsubishi this past year as a dealer tech. My main objective is to answer technical questions while learning more about the mits community. I'd be happy to be of service to any and all!

HeyHey
I don't usually think about joining any forums but I just bought my first Mitsubishi aka first SUV and I am loving it so much! It's a 2019 Outlander, just the 2.4L base model - I am planning to beef it up a little here and there as I go. I came across this forum while looking for ideas, and decided to join, seeing as theres lots of info and resources shared here (unlike where I live, because Mitsubishi isnt as common in my neck of the woods!). Anyway, I look forward to learning lots and hey thanks for letting me be part of this awesome community! <3

01 Montero Sport 3.0, hello people
Halfway through complete tranny overhaul after Sun gears pretty much melted all the teeth off. Bought for $500 at auction and drove for 2 years before tranny blew, I love it so overhaul it is.
After the overhaul, I’m throwing in a TD-04 turbo with 6-8 pounds of boost.

Reside in West Wales, bought myself 2009 2.0 litre diesel beginning of May, billy basics in the spec department, already covered 2,000 miles, am very happy with the car. Will probably start asking questions when I start scratching my head.

How do you do? I'm the family mechanic. I'm here to help my SIL fix his 2011 Galant with 100K+ miles on it. He's trying to take care of it, but it's getting old and problems are getting a little harder to diagnose and troubleshoot. Hoping the forums can help us.
Thanks!
