20g is a serious turbo and the biggest most dsm'ers need, it'l take you into 10's. for that turbo besides the stuff you have already listed ( and im assuming you have 3" turboback exhaust and all the basics) you are going to want to run an external wastegate ( ive seen some websites that say they designed an internal wastegate for the 20g, i woudnt trust those) 660cc injectors and a 255lph fuel pump, which means youre also going to need a new fpr. 550's are probly too small for a 20g, but 660's will be fine for running 11's. the 20g can give you easily 400-450 hp to the wheels but you wouldnt want to go any higher than that with stock internals, and your also going to want a good datalogger to tune your safc because you are going to be making a lot of power and half-assing your tuning could be very dangerous.

If you want to run over 20 PSI daily you'll need stronger internals.

i think the only thing to worry about with a 20g at 20psi is the head gasket. just get some arp head studs. i know several people who have run 23-25psi daily on 20g's with 150k miles and stock internals no problems
