Royal Purpal full synthetic is the best to use. Depending on how many miles you have on the car is also a factor. I have 91000 miles on my 97 gsx and I am using 10w40. You could also go with red line as well. It is a good oil too.

I don't have a high HP application so I use a partial synthetic 10W30 with a fully synthetic Lucas additive and it seems to work great.
