tell your friend to stop being a puss, If your gonna tremble over loosing a warrenty from an exhaust then you should be buying a tuner car period! Exhaust is a simple 30min to an hour install off and on. you break a part you can easily slap the old one back on in no time flat, so where is the issue? If you guys really thing a simple exhaust is going to cause somthing to break you are off your rockers lol. Mitsu is much worse with vioding warrenties than anyone else and how many evos out there have stock exhaust?

And seb as for the power from a tune that is hardly that crazy these days. Evos do just as well from a simple quick flash. Stock turbo cars now a days seem to be running stupid rich
I totally agree. However, what happens if the car unexpectidly breaks down and is towed to the dealership. Whoops... uuh that was there when I got the car? For the most part, I agree, just freakin' do it.

Yeah I remember the new X got similar numbers. I think the stock afr was like low 9's. I can't wait!!! Me wantttt : )

Dont get towed to the dealer, Is more worth your $$ to have it towed where you can fix the exhaust then have it towed again. Either way wtf are you going to break that will require a warrenty fix, when your car is not much more powerful than stock. I was afraid of the Evo for a while and it was a shame because I never took full advantage of the car. I was making way more power than stock and my car is still reliable ya know what I mean

Yea all I am saying is dont let a warrenty stop you. Most likely you will want more and more and more. Plus who really wants a dealer working on their car anyway lol?

actually there is a law out protecting "tuners" as far as warrantee goes and it states that you can have a modded car and a full warrantee but the part that you modded is not covered.. or something close to it...
