arent you like ****ing 40 something? you should be the responisble one saying it is bad for you...so i guess you do drugs as well? and yes it DOES have similar effects to being drunk i have had dosens of people tell me that...they say you cant stay focused when you are high. (hmm i guess that is like being drunk huh?) people like you dissapoint me...IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A REASON

Do some serious research into why pot was made illegal. Research it from both sides...the real reasons it was banned may surprise you.

I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm very happy that you don't/won't do drugs ever, but when you get older, you will meet more people who's lives have been destroyed by alchohol than pot...and alchohol is perfectly legal...

 

Pot hurts your body...morals have everything to do with it....smoking weed is an immature stupid thing to do. It is so sad when people try to defend drugs...drugs are irresponsible no matter how you look at it...if you were a manager of a business would you want all of your employees to smoke pot? no because that makes it more likely for them to be lazy and undependable....

 

I've been a manager before...as long as they did their job, it wasn't any of my business what they did on their time.

 

im sure they werent stoners either...there are mamagers that do drugs themselves where i work...my dad was a manager of a factory with over 200 employees at one time and he would never tolerate that stuff...i think he is prolly around your age as well.

I just have a problem with people defending stuff like drugs.

 

I know quite a few of them did drugs. I promoted up to management, so I knew quite a few of them outside the work place before I became "the man."

I would never condone drugs, ever. I also don't condone drinking, smoking, getting hooked on prescription drugs or even eating fast food. None of it is good for you.

Drugs are all around us, every day. Any one of those could be considered a gateway drug.

 

im well aware of all of this but i am also well aware that i have seen people who first started smoking then started doing weed and now they are on meth, ex, cocaine, and anything else you can think of...i have a bit of a caffine addiction my self i like to have either soda, coffe, or an energy drink to wake up in the morning but i am also healthy im not full blown fat and even though i work at mcdonalds i try to stay away from the food. But stuff like that is minor compared to weed...

drugs like weed are what i call drug abuse...priscription drugs have a purpose unlike illegal drugs correct? unless you consider getting high a valid purpose? i cant stand smokers and chewers either all of that causes more problems then occasionaly having a beer or eating junk food. I dont mind people who drink as long as it is in moderation...i dont mind people that smoke a cigar every now and again but chain smokers, druggies, alcaholics, and compulsive chewers bother me alot.
