already beat you to it. mine has been off since i got it. and im not sure if the emissions is gone, but i know its free. thanks to the cancer stick smokers, its free!! because cigarettes are paying for it.

Where I lived in Ohio didn't have any tests at ALL. I used to haqve a K car with NO exhaust system at ALL... LOL it was great.

Tidus my Mitsu right now would stomp anything you've ever owned into the ground. LOL And I'm not refering to the Eclipse I'm about to lose to the storage company. I have an '88 Chrysler Conquest TSi A.K.A. Mitsubishi Starion. Look 'em up sometime . She's back on the road (Though I think I'm going to go ahead and replace teh rear transaxles here shortly).

Well this is a 2.6L turbo and these have been known to stomp V8's
