Default Can I get some quick help here............

What would cause my engine, on a '94 Eclipse GS non turbo, to start and run for about 10 secs and then shut itself off? Could it be the fuel pump?

Things checked already:

1. new fuel filter
2. new spark plugs
3. K&N filter
4. Optima battery
5. new starter
6. fuel pressure is @60 psi, but lowered due to hose not being tight on end of fuel rail

Can anyone help me? I need a fast response please.

ugh, why creat two threads?

i'm not sure, but you fuel pressure seems kind of low to me?

It cold be that your pump isnt strong enough to push the fuel through, o you could have some contaminants clogging the filter or hoses.
Another think is that it may be getting too much fuel...dont know how or why but i guess its possible. Or your not getting enough/hot enough spark...what plugs are you using? Check your distrubitor, timing, and cords they could be bad. just do a through overviev of everything and see if everythings connected.
