2010 Outlander 2.4l. Vehicle drives normal until randomly at a stop will not move. The accelerator pedal can be pressed to the floor and the vehicle does not move and the engine remains at idle. Place the shifter in park and shut off the engine and there is a reset. Start back up and off you go until it happens again.

When this happens, the accelerator pedal sensor output on the yellow/green wire varies from 0.5 to 2.3 VDC.
