i have a 03 lancer oz rally and was wonder who makes a chip good for my car for more hp and torque

 

no one..mitsubishis dont support chips..only piggy back systems

 

[sm=icon_beat.gif]c'mon tidus....they make em on Ebay in 100 different fashions! lol....just kidding..don't buy a 5 cent resistor off of Ebay and attempt to trick your computer...they don't work and will likely throw a "CEL"
You can either get a piggyback or get your ECU reprogrammed by someone like JET performance- mail it to them overnight and they send it back to you overnight. Either scenario will cost you about $400.
