Default Power loss after coolant hose break

I have a 1993 3000GT SL. Three weeks ago the lower coolant hose broke in my driveway, after the engine had been turned off. The engine did not run again until the coolant hose was replaced a couple of days later. Now that the hose has been replaced, the engine runs rough and when you accelerate there is a degradation of power and the engine bogs down.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what's wrong? I am thinking maybe the Throttle Position Sensor or Distributor Cap since fluid sprayed all over the engine well.

Any information would be appreciated.
