Hey peeps I am doing this search for a friend in the Wisconsin area and he wants to buy a 1997-1999 Eclipse GST,GSX or TSi AWD. He wants to spend about 3G's to $3500.00. He wants one that runs good and has nice interior(black/tan preferably), but needs some good body work.. He has the cash in his bank account and is ready to make a deal soon as he finds a car.
