Last week I was rollin' in my Eclipse GS-T and came up to a red light and this old-*** Ford Escort that looked like a 1992 rolled up next to me and revved his motor and the driver was all lookin' over and **** like he seriously wanted to try and race me...I heard his P.O.S. motor revving up so I just cranked up the stereo system...I just looked over at him and laughed...So the light turned green and gave her all she was worth and I didn't even try and waste my gas on that piece of crap..My GS-T would have eaten that Escort up and **** it out later..It's just amazing as to what people think when they roll up next to you in a vehicle like that.

Actually I have to take up for Honda on this one. Honda makes the best power for the size engines they make. They have a 1.6L with 185hp...I've never seen any other car company with numbers like that with a small engine. The prelude engine comes with a h22 which is a 2.2L and the Type S one comes with 220hp and no, it does not have a turbo. I'd like the see a stock GST race a semi built N/A prelude or a CRX with a b16 swap that's fairly built. It would be tough for the eclipse. I know lots of ppl with Honda's and they aren't slow if you do **** to them. Think about it. They also seem to have the most technology into their cars from what I can see. They last forever as well. I dunno. Are all of you that conceited? You all have to talk **** about other car companies to feel better about your own car?

Dude Im A newbie also and from what I can see people hate honda because they have the most wanna be racers in the world and seem to think that by adding an intake and exhaust they will win the race. They also add body kits and spoilers and want to race at every light. I used to be one of those people untill I joined DSM and was enlightened to the glory of people who know there ****. Calm down we all respect a fast honda and have heard you defend hondas engines. Lets see if you can defend the drivers who ruin hondas name.

yea thats right honda sucks yea right honda makes a 1.8l that has the same hp as my 97 gs spyder if u dont belive me then look up there motor specs or here look them up here http://www.streettuners.com/curve/en...ine_specs.html

okay i raced a n/a prelude that was built out the ***. i had three systems, two extra riders which one of them weighs about 380 and the other 175. raced them from a kick on low boost (13 psi) and he pulled a fender on me and then stayed side by side i had 1500 lbs on him. Are you just so conceeded that you think hondas are cool. i have friends with hondas, i've done motor swaps to hondas and raced them they aren't worth a flip.
