wow, 1st its that 97GSPower guy n now this dude....IM not even gonna waste my breathe
he is a tool, no stock s2000 is running 13s sorry.

and an RX7 and 8 are totally differant "in case you didnt know" the rx8 is a hell of alot slower and makes more power for one the rx7 uses 2 less injectors than the 8 they use primary and secondarys 2, 500s and 2, 800s the rx8s use 3 primaries and 3 secondarys. now a honda running 10 PSI is going to run 12s right? with keep in mind an RX7 running 10 PSI is on stock air box stock exhaust stock everything. my point was your gonna about hondas haveing less displacment and being faster well an RX7 has less displacment and eats hondas for lunch plain and simple.

Take your friggen ghey *** honda that sounds like sh*t back to clubsi and have fun ragging on mitsus all you want.
i find it interesting that because i post information that contradicts you, my posts get deleted.

oh, an S2000 can't run 13's stock? sure it can't:
http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=343031
oh and there's timeslips AND video proof in there.

secondly, again, the RX7 isn't a 1.3 liter if you're comparing it to a 4-stroke engine. it's a 2.6 liter. and in case you continue to need proof:
http://www.digi-go.biz/articles/volu...-miguel-p.html

and yes, a honda running 10psi can run 12's. that'd be the S2000. in fact, we have one running 32psi that runs low 10's. and on 6psi, S2000's can get into the 12's.

oh and my car can beat the **** out of a honda in a straight or on a road course not that it matters though. Hondas are great daily drivers they are not made to be supped up however they can be as we always see. some are taistefull most are not and the all stound like ***. bottom line is I would never own one if I want a fast car ill go far very far from honda and if I want a daily driver ill take a toyota (my preference that is it) There is nothing more annoying than a honda with a muffler and an intake trying to race me, its like come on give me a break that is what drives me away from hondas because any shmuck can own one....its got the same appeal as an SRT4(even thought id gladly drive the SRT over any honda other than a NSX) I dont like SRTs again that is me.
really? you can beat an S2000 on a road course? please provide video of you on a road course or provide some auto-x results where you competed.

and unfortunately, poorly riced out and tastelessly modded cars are the bane of every car make, not just hondas.

I drive an EVO and my parents actually owned an s2000 they traded it for a 04 crossfire which in all honesty drives better than the honda on corners and my car is by far better handleing than the two. and as I said either way hondas sound like ***. you can take you fart can honda have a blast with all that vtech TQ your making. must be fun waiting for that Vtech and not seeing a power gain at least turbo lag gives big gain and I hit full boost at 3000RPMS

If you think the EVO out-handles the S2000, you would be sorely mistaken. It's a decent handling car, however, it's nothing more than a mediocre A-stock performer. If you look at national championship level results (ie, the best drivers for both cars), the S2000 whomps on the EVO.

As for your personal tastes in cars, so be it. Though I could just as easily go "well EVO's sound like ***. have fun with your 3000rpm boost while I hit 13's naturally aspirated and stomp your car on a road course or auto-x on my gas sipping honda". But that's a pointless argument, since everyone has their own tastes.

here's some national championship A-stock results from 2005. You have to go to 19th place to even find the first EVO. meanwhile 11 S2000's finish ahead of the 19th place EVO.

ok and from that all I see is the nearly the exact same times between the s2000 and EVO? Am i missing something??. I know the s2000 handles well as does the EVO but hoenstly that and the NSX are 2 cars that are decent\Nice however any of the others have nothing. the RSXs are decent and can hit high 13s with little mods but I have seen countless RSXs burn to the ground with turbo kits not sure why that is Poor designed kit most likely.

As I have said all along they can be fast the sound bad they are good on gas they look bad (with the small exection of a few) not that the EVO is a nice looking car cause its not and I will admitt it. N\A and no TQ kinda sucks ***.

I am in no way trying to knock the s2000 they are nicely build but driving it i was very very un impressed with it (stock that is) now in a straight line I have yet to come across a honda that can keep up and my car isnt fast by any means I have raced some heavily modded civics and stuff and still walked them with only an intake and MBC. Like I said before the problem I have with hondas is when people take them and think they are fast and put a muffler and call it a day they are family economy cars nor hot rods you know?

and there is nothing wrong with a little argument on the forums as long as they dont get outta hand. thats what we are here for. One thing though this one thread is a little on going from its origanal topic lol. guess its the only honda disscussion around here though

tis is fun and crazy. lol.. talking about honda crx.. i hate those the most... lol... prolly due to the people who droves it.. lol.. i beaten a crx with my nissan maxima 90 couple months ago.. and now wit my GSt 95, i haven't seen any Crx try to revov. in front of me.

one more thing i gotta add up. that fagg chinese dude on the crx last time at the mall.. He tried to revov his engine hella loud to get attention on us or someithng.. it was a stop. they supposed to stop, we walked across the street, and he Did took off, but my bro walk and did back off, he gotta switch back to gear. lol... hella funny. then afterward, he farted with his exhaust.

and one more thing.. i don't think Honda civics or Accord or prelude sucks... as you see, most asian drives it.. cause. well, reliability... and yea.. you barely fix up hondas... but for mitsubishi... or others.. you fix a lot... that's just how it is... but ... if it sucks.... more like.. cars that can't run and break down all the time... don't you guys agree?.. just different preference..

one more thing.. lol.. inside joke, so don't get offended... my mechanic always call my eclipse gst a Mitsibull****... because he say, they always give him a hard time fixing always. lol.. but it's cool.
