Default pulsing brakes

here and there when i step on the brakes, i believe mostly at high speeds maybe, my brake pedal sort of pulses back and forth, up and down. not to far but enough to move my foot and for me to notice. usually ill have to hit the brakes even harder then to stop. could there be a leak or is this time for new rotors and pads? 99 eclipse

Warped rotors. If you had the wheels removed for balancing or anything the requires the wheels to be removed, chances are good that the mechs used an air gun to reinstall them and tightened them down toooooooo much, which causes the rotors to warp. The pulsing pedal is usually a sure indicator of this.

EBC greenstuff.
I'm using EBC redstuff. Good stuff.
Anyway slotted/drilled (or both) rotors need compound pads. The rotors will just eat up the softer organic types.
