Audio system does not show usb folders

Hi !
i have bought my Outlander 2016 last month , the problem is that when i use my usb i can play all mp3 files but the audio system does not show folders or playlist.
Can somebody help me ? I live in Sweden.

Do you try another USB? Or do you think the error from USB?

The folder name, file name, or song information may also cause the problem if they are not in the supported languages.

It might matter how you have the USB stick formatted, FAT32 or NTFS?

Ihave tried with different usb with different capacity and they all formatted in FAT32 , they work perfect with my brothers car stereo but not with mine .
