I checked everything including the rubber boot between the intake and airflow sensor, I even checked the EGR, and the Idle set screw, it all check out ok, except the ISC, so my conflusion is that the ISC is bad and I need to replace that. Thanks for all the help everyone, and if it does not work, then I'll be posting again . Does anyone have an ISC for a 92 Eagle Talon 2.0L non-turbo, that they would sell for kinda cheap?
