Default 1995 Talon diagnostic hookup

I have a 1995 Talon awd and it is running very badly right now. The check engine light stays on and I would like to know whether the 1995 talons have OBD1 or OBD2 hookups before I go and get a diagnostic

That is not true. It wasnt until 1996 that almost all companies implemented the OBDII setup. Anything below that having one isnt very common

Well, 96 was the mandatory year. Mitsu/DCX started in their 95 builds.

This obdII port is located on the corner of the inner kick panel and the knee bolster/panel thing of the lower dash.
