1999 Convertible Eclipse GS 2.4L

Automatic
New timing belt
New crank pulley
New crank position sensor
New crank shaft seal
New cam shaft seal
New oil pump
New oil pump seal
New water pump
New valve cover gasket
New NGK stark plugs
New Spark Plug Wires
Car runs/drives for about 5-10 minutes and than dies ..than after 5 minutes waiting... once you start again ...same thing ..it dies after about 5-10 minutes...and you have to repeat this over and again...
Where could be problem?
could it be transmission or something related to engine temperature ?
