Default 2g 96 rs better idle with a/c help

Well before anyone asks, i already did about 4 days of reearch and could not find anything. When the car warms up and the a/c is off the car bounces at standstill and seems to have a cam idle (lopey). (The Car does not have aftermarket cams.) but as soon as i turn onthe a/c the idle does not have the lopey cam and it does not bounce. also it only happens when both fans turn on (which means when both fans turn on the a/c is on).
PLease help me if you can
