Hey i got a 2.4L 2g spyder and am having a heck of a time to find parts for this car. Even the basic upgrades like cold air intake and exhaust kits are unheard of. If anybody has any knowledge of a company that supplies for the 2g 2.4L please tell me or if you make parts yourself. Thanks

 

i know that aem makes an intake for your car. And i found catback systems on ebay. So there is stuff out there, you must just be looking in the wrong places

 

Yeah... I had trouble with that as well. What you can do if you dont go with AEM is go with K&N.. and they sell an adapter that fits on the turbo models and hooks up right at the MAFS on the 2.4L as well. its like 100bucks..

That's why I traded my '97 Spyder GS 3 years ago on my '99 GS-T coupe with the 2.0 L turbo...it was tough finding the performance parts 6 years ago for mine when I bought it.

I used that a long time ago to figure out what I could do to get an intake, b/c all the ones I had bought wouldnt work.
