Default '98 Eclipse wont stay running?

So there is alot to go over with this car but I will start with the basics and go from there. 1998 Eclipse 2.0 Slow Boy Racing turbo motor, stock turbo. Car will start and run for aproximately 5 sec. and promptly shut off. If you hit the key just before it shuts off it will run for another five seconds and so on. I don't even know where to start lookin on this thing, it's different than any car I have worked on before. I am a competent mechanic but I have always worked on Mustangs and nitrous cars so this is different animal. Any help is greatly appreciated on this thing. Thanks

Check simple things like a vacuum leak/boost leak. Also inspect the isc, they good bad all the time.

i would have called it an iac he might have understood that idle air control/ if had mods such as front mount intercooler check for vac leaks that sounds more like whats happening but if not maybe a relay but its hard to diagnose over the internet
