I wanna know what it takes to put a 4g63 motor in a 96 eclipse gs.
Also if i need to get a dif transmission and all that ****.
If someone know a link to a guid or something that would be even better than typing it all out.

Default RE: Alrighty then

This was talked about on numerious occasions in the past month, i am guessing that you missed it

http://forums.2g nt.com/dcboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=4&topic_id=54176&me sg_id=54176&listing_type=search (remove the space between 2g and nt for the link to work.) This is the only swap that i have ever seen on the net. Bottom line if it was cheap and easy everyone would do it. BTW read the whole post, the project took 5 months and the guy ended up selling the car and motor seprate because it never ran right.

You will need to get a full 4g63 motor assymebly, ecu, wiring herness, fuel system, exaust, transmission, axles w/ cv joints.

You will need someone who is able to wire it all up, faberciate motor mounts, fabercate transmission mounts, and someone who is able to hook everything up, ie install.
