yeah go with the new belt and if it still does it then you might either have a seized pulley, another bad belt, or your just tensioning it too tight...

If your belt squeeks you have3 options..... 1. replace the belt. 2. tighten the belt. 3. buy that spray on stuff and do it again and again and again and again.
