here are the facts any turboed car even if it is built for it will not last as long as a N/A car because you are shoving almost 2X the earths atmospheric pressure into the motor veilding more pressure on everthing now im not saying the turbo car is going to die out @100k and the N/A is going to go for 200K it is not that sugnificant its more like max of 10K differance now this is if they are left stock if you start caming and puting all kinds of aftermarket parts into the honda it will die faster than a motor that is built for torture like the 4g63 they are more modd frendly this is why honda's love the motor swap stock motors are not made to handle the power a 2g will put out on stock motor. now that the basics are cover another thing you have to think about is age are you talking a 1994 v-tech civic which you guys under estamate the light honda it runs the .4 slower in a 1/4 mile time compaired to a GS-T stock. 1994 Honda Civic del Sol VTEC 7.4 15.8 now i do agree these ti,es are by pro drivers now driver dose matter. when it comes down to it the GST is faster stock but is also more modd frendly stock compired to a stock honda motor as far as producing major hp on stock internals. like i said in the first part of this a stock no modds honda with proper matinance may last a few 1000 more miles than a properly maintained GST but any modds added and the mitsu 4g63 will last longer becuse it is built for it to where the honda motor isnt.
