GReddy Type-RS Blowoff Valve Kit : Mitsubishi Eclipse 95-99 #17767
GReddy Type-RS Blowoff Valve Kit : Mitsubishi Eclipse 95-99 GReddy Blow Off Valves are easily adjustable to prevent both premature boost leakage and compressor surge. Each is made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer.

Part Number: 11531107
Model: Eclipse GST / GSX 1995 - 1999
2.0l Turbo 4G63
Desc: ECLIPSE B.O.V. KIT
Notes: Vents to Atmosphere
Type: Type RS

Comes with everything you need for a direct bolt on.

*We are now offering these kits with two options - vented to the atmosphere only or have the option to do both. With the latter option, you will be able utilize the special "RS" discharge horn and vent into the atmosphere (comes with necessary block off plug) or re-route back into the intake.

**Note: Some vehicles require re-circulation of the blow-off valve for proper vehicle operation.

e-bay can be good just make shure that it says greddy on it it could be a knock off
exactly right, there is a reason the greddy is around $200 and the knock offs are around $50.like i said you get what you pay for, enough said. On a 2g is there any sound difference between the type s and type rs?and a stupid question, will my bov sound pitch change with increased boost??

I know you guys all like the greddy bov and like having the loud sound from it. But isn't it just as good to put the 1g bov into his car. Its the cheapest and eisiest way to eliminate the boost leak from the stock plastic POS on the 2g's. Also all you need to buy is the bov itself, everything is direct bolt on. This may not be what he wan't to do, but its what i would do. Just throwing it out there.
