IT WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER do you understand? NEVER! Look perfect.... it will constantly crack and spider out and then you are going to have to peel back all the layers and unto all your hard work... and your going to have to redo it. Every time you go above 75 the wind will cause it to crack..... and even if you dont drive that fast... the moisture will cause it to seperate and expand...

Body kits are a load of **** plain and simple. AGAIN, my advice to you is get a 97-99 stock bumper... it actually looks half decent and its made from poly urethane AKA plastic. And guess what... plastic bends and does not crack. You can hit as many speedbumps as you want... but it wont crack.

So do what you want... there is no... 'how to' mould. You just have to do it and shape it. First you have to dry out the area... make sure all the moisture is out. Are you using bondo? Peel back all the cracked stuff to the bare fiberglass.... make it neat... and then start laying over top of it. Then sand, smooth, and paint.
