Default camshaft position sensor

Hey guys, I have a problem with camshaft position sensor and ignition coil problem. Last night it sputters so bad that I could not even go more then 10 mph and so I get it checked with OBDII. Ignition coil was bad and I replace it. It's lest sputtering and run much better. TOday on highway, I floored the car to test if it's really ok and it's not. I don't pick up on power after 2 second flooring the pedal and will lose power again like 10 seconds later. So I got it checked again and it's cam shaft post sensor is bad.

The question is, Do I need to set the timing or anything else to set after I put in the new cam shaft post sensor?

Also what is Secondary Air Injection Malfunction?

Thanks guys

Is your MAF still plugged in? Is your TPS still correct? We are talking 4g63, correct?
