Should be, but its not very stiff, thats what I'm getting at. Here's the current set up I have...

Engine: Fresh 6 Bolt Swap (no balance shafts) with less than 3000 miles on it from Kar King Auto in California. (I've put on about 6,000 more miles)

Fuel: Walbro 255 High Pressure Fuel Pump; Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator; RC 550cc Injectors Electronics: DSMLink V2, SLP Boost Gauge; AEM Wideband (not hooked up); EGT Gauge (not hooked up).

Induction: 16g Turbo internally gated; JM Fabrications Sheet Metal Intake Manifold; 2.5" Custom Intercooler Piping; Greddy Intercooler core with custom end tanks.

Exhaust: 2g Ported Exhaust Manifold; Atmospheric o2 dump; Apexi 2.5" Turbo Back.

Drivetrain
: ACT 2100 Clutch Kit; ACT Flywheel; Drilled and Slotted rotors.

Hey guys quick question, do you think I should go ahead and buy a replacement Flywheel while I'm putting on everything else. The only reason I ask is because I was reading about replacing flywheels, and this is the exact quote the site stated......."If you drive with a slipping clutch you will kill any flywheel. If you slip your clutch enough and make enough heat you will kill any flywheel."

This is the website: http://www.roadraceengineering.com/c...ywheeltech.htm

The thing is I have been driving with a slipping clutch but for the most part I've been good to keep the boost down so it doesn't slip, however occasionally it does slip. Do you think it's best to go ahead and just replace it ....to be safe.

Well, I went ahead and ordered a new one, I think a resurfacing would have been fine, but I really want to knock this out in about a weekend, and where I'm taking the car I dont think they have any shops around to resurface. I will probably resurface the old ACT flywheel and sell it, to make some of the money back.
