Angry clutch problems

I have a 95 eclipse awd turbo. I took the car and had a trans put in now, the clutch doesnt feel right. It doesnt have any pedal so, I tried bleeding it and that didnt work. So I put a new slave cylinder on it, and bled it and Im still running into the same problem any ideas?

Ive already checked for leaks. Ive been driving it for a few days and the fluid is fine. Thanks for the idea though. Also its really soft just like there isnt any pressure but its working fine it engages and disengages it just really close to the floor when it engages and disengages.

Ok. Thank you will try in the morning. Also noticed something new today. I was driving it and decided to finally see what it had and it fuel cut. it is an all stock car except it has a 14b turbo. Its only pushing 16lbs of boost when it does it any idea what could cause that. it also has a boost controller on it and i can adjust it either way and it dont turn the boost down. Its hooked into the wastegate and the intake pipe where the airfilter goes to the turbo theres a vac hookup.

Cool

Got really aggrivated yesterday and took it to aamco. They said that all the air was out of the system and the clutch pressure plate and slave was all good and the pedal was normal even though it was soft. They also said i needed shifter cables because mine was about shot (yay more money). But thanks for all of your ideas. Im also upgrading it to a act 2600 next weekend because i cant handle the soft clutch and i still believe it aint right.
