The stock motor can handle that power. So anything additional is just insurance

well there are plenty of good brands out there for forged internals. Eagle or crower rods are fine and also wiseco, ross, or JE are good for pistons. Then of course ARP for the main and head studs

The stock 6 bolt engine can handle 450 hp easy w/ a good tune, the 7 bolt can handle abt 425 hp. There is a guy in my area that put 580 hp on the stock 6 bolt engine.

I would suggest leaving your engine in the car as long as its in good condition and look around for a 6 bolt and build that.

You could always do a stock rebuild "if the motor is in need of one" and then just make sure to get new gaskets.. oem gaskets are probably what you want.. and make sure to get ARP head and main studs.. then you should be good for the amount of power you are looking to put down.
If you want anything higher than about 400+ you will need to start getting into forged internals such as rods, pistons, etc.
