flashers not working

flashers not working
ok i got a 97 eclipse gts. theturn signal flashersstoped working and i'm pretty sure that its the flasher unit. is it easy to replace or do i gotta tear apart the whole dash to get to it?

yes i ment the GS-T, little typo. well i put the fuse in to the fuse box and the blinker works but its stuck in flashing left, even when the blinker isnt on. could it just be i have to replace the switch?
