Wow, there must have been something going on while I was typing that last post...it's so scattered, lol. Sorry about that.

I'm pretty sure yours is a OBDII, I have 95 wiring and it's OBDII also.
The middle prong doesn't do anything for the car, btw. The Radio Shack relay has been used in a lot of Eclipse/Talons N/As and Avenger/Sebrings for many years, so I can promise you that it's fine
I can help you decifer the MIL code too. It's best if you can get the P code, but we can start with the MIL to help get a better idea of the area, since you're not able to use the scanner.
Is your CEL on at all? If not, you may not even get a MIL code, lol. If you've resently unplugged the battery, it's a good chance that the only code you will get is 1-2 or 12, which is simply...power was removed within the last 50 cycles..no big deal because it's normal to get that after you've removed the battery.

no cel and yes i removed the battery a few time lol i didnt wanna mess anything up while i was working on it so i just unhooked it just incase...anyways ok so the raido shack relay is fine what about the fuel pump relay if thats bad will that have any affect on the asd relay b/c if it does then i prob need to replace that relay too...
