i bet its just a loose spark plug. It only takes 5 minutes to look at.

and i have to say this is about the worst english ive ever read. I was tempted to try and edit it to make it readable but i dont even understand some of it. Please at least attempt to make some edits and at least check the spelling.

ok dose that rattle sound more of a ticking or rattle because a tick means you have whati say problymost ofus have. Its called "lifter tick" nothing bad iveha it sence ibought my car. but tat oil eds to be replaced.look athoseplugs if they r bad then that would b the problem. isthe engie runing at all when you tryto start it orculd it b te starter?

actually i think the turbo is fine i just thought it was gonna be shot from having no oil when the car ran out but either way i jsut got a 14b today that is goin on
OK.. so i checked the plugs and they are good
found out the guy didnt do the timing so i think the timing is off and that is why it was runing the way it was as for it not starting is it possible that there is to much compression in there from the valves possiblybeing messed up (the rattling noise) that its not allowing it to turn over something has to be stopping it from turning over I think the starter is ok.

LOL! Sounds like a timing issue to me. yikes! I just had mine re-timed to the tune of $1000. luckily I had no valvetrain damage. My '91 TSi jumped time, and bent every valve in the head.

Reach behind the driver's side tire, and put a 1/2" ratchet in the crank. slowly turn it until you see the cam sprockets timing marks. they should meet in the center between the cam gears.
There are a couple other timing marks, but those are the easiest to see.
