unlikely. At a guess its fwd with a takeoff. Not rwd with a tfer case.
No tunnel, no rear diff, engine mounted the wrong way around...

Way to necro. And, no, you are entirely wrong. GST's have the same chassis and engine mounting as the AWD dsm varients.

Also, the tunnel is large enough to fit the 2.5 " exhaust pipe and resonator, or a 3" oval exhaust. Do some research honky.

some research? a 30 second search tells me this:

"AWD models have a different transmission which includes a limited-slip center differential and output shaft for a transfer case, which drives the rear differential (also available as limited-slip) and half-shafts.

"There is also a difference between rear axle/rear ends on all-wheel-drive models. 1990-early 1992 cars have three bolts attaching the axle to the wheel hub. Late 1992–1994 have larger-diameter axles and attach to the hub with bigger, 4-bolt axle cups."

and at a guess, they're a unibody vehicle, and as such dont have a chassis.

so. as politely as you deserve, pull your head out of your assh*le and **** off.
You are correct, as well as your quotes. Having a tunnel defers using the term 'chassis', I did sign up just to say something on this thread and my apologies for my bad manners to you. AWD conversions on these vehicals are entirely possible, but none of the problems you mentioned previously exist while performing that job.

Why would you want to do this??? It will cost more gas money and wear your tires more too..Slightly but would you want to spend all that money and time and labor for just that..?????
