Default Head Gasket

ok so about 2 months ago i was running my 95 eclipse rs and when i got to my freind shouse and noticed their where was a lil smoke puring out of my engine and i had no idea why.

i ignored it and drove it to a gas station that was about maybe about 6 or 7 miles from where i was and alot of smoke started coming out of my engine and my coolant gauge didnt work so i had no idea my engine was overheating until the smoke.

my oil was really low and my coolant was completely gone.

so i filled my car up with two quarts of oil and put water and it started leaking alot of this nasty green water from the bottom of the car and i wasnt sure what that was but a friend told me that i have a blown head gasket.

theirs alot of moisture coming out from my muffler.

i havnt driven it since so i need to know if it is a blown head gasjet or any other problems.

and if so, where do i go upon fixing it. i ahve a friend that can help me do it but i wuld liek to know whats the best way on going upon this situation.

Your friend is right.
Goodnight head gasket.

Its not a hard fix in a 420A though.
Anyone with mechanical understandings can do it in a weekend.

If you have antifreeze pouring out of the motor you could have a head problem or a hole in the block. Depending on what you did to the car running 2 quarts low with antifreeze problems it could be pretty costly. You should alwasy check your oil.

If you've overheated, get a shop to check the head and the block, it's a good chance that you've warped one or the other or even both.
